Terms of use
This is a starter terms page. The platform operator should review the commercial terms, fees, dispute handling, refunds, notices and applicable legal requirements before public launch.
1. Purpose of the service
The platform helps people discover and advertise homes, short stays, shops, offices, warehouses, land and other property. A listing or enquiry is not itself a lease, sale, booking, reservation or guarantee that the property remains available.
2. Property-partner responsibilities
Partners must provide truthful prices, current availability, genuine photographs and accurate location and property details. They must have the authority needed to advertise the property. They must promptly update a listing if it becomes taken, occupied or otherwise unavailable.
3. Verification has limits
“Verified partner” means the account passed the platform's recorded partner checks. “Property checked” means the individual listing passed the platform's review process. “Availability confirmed” reflects the latest recorded confirmation. None of these labels replaces your own inspection, legal checks, title/authority checks or independent verification of the person receiving money.
4. Listing charges and publication
Current listing fees are displayed before submission and can vary by category. A submitted payment reference is not proof of payment. The operator must reconcile the payment and approve the partner and property before a listing is published. The operator should publish and communicate a clear refund, cancellation, renewal and dispute policy before collecting listing fees.
5. House seekers and enquiries
House seekers should confirm current availability, arrange a viewing and check the property and payment recipient independently before making a deposit. An interest enquiry does not reserve the property. Do not send money solely because a listing or partner has a verification badge.
6. Reports and moderation
Users may report a property that appears taken, inaccurate or suspicious. Reports can cause the listing to be temporarily hidden for review. The operator may suspend accounts or remove listings that breach these rules, and should keep appropriate audit records to handle disputes.
7. Availability and service
Listings may expire or become stale, and offline pages may contain outdated information. The operator may update the service, but does not promise uninterrupted access or guarantee search-engine ranking, a particular property outcome or any party's conduct.
8. Contact
For questions, use the contact details supplied by the platform operator after they are configured.
